It doesn’t get more inner city than Spring Hill! The existing home was a very run down 3 bedroom cottage that needed a substantial amount of work to make it liveable, let alone bring about the vision our client had. Through clever design that maximised every inch of the small block we were able to bring our clients vision to reality. The new 3 level renovation consisted of basement garage, 2 outdoor living spaces, 2 indoor living spaces, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen with beautiful raked ceilings. This was a substantial project that transformed this house into a feature property of the suburb.
